Worthey Cleaning

1. Scope of Work
   Our cleaning services will be performed according to the service package or customized agreement selected at the time of booking. Any additional tasks requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
    
2. Access to Property
   It is the client’s responsibility to provide safe and reasonable access to the property or vehicle at the scheduled time of service. If access is denied or delayed beyond 15 minutes, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
    
3. Valuables and Fragile Items
   Clients are advised to secure or remove valuables, cash, sensitive documents, and fragile or breakable items prior to the scheduled service. Worthey Cleaning is not responsible for the loss of or damage to unsecured valuables or fragile items not disclosed prior to the service.
    
4. Use of Client’s Equipment and Supplies
   If a client requests or requires that Worthey Cleaning use the client’s equipment or supplies, the company is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of those items.
    
5. Natural Products Disclaimer
   Worthey Cleaning’s natural cleaning products are formulated to be safe and effective. However, some surfaces or materials may require special care. Clients must notify Worthey Cleaning of any surfaces that require special products or handling. We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed surface sensitivities.
    
6. Laundry Service Disclaimer
   Clients using laundry services agree to pay for all laundromat machine usage and detergent costs. Worthey Cleaning is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing garment conditions, color bleeding, or fabric wear and tear. Specialty fabrics must be disclosed prior to service.
    
7. Results Disclaimer
   While we strive for the highest level of cleanliness, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of deep stains, odors, or permanent marks. Certain conditions, including age or material composition, may limit achievable results.
    
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
    
9. Insurance and Liability
   Worthey Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. Coverage applies only to damages or incidents directly caused by our staff during the performance of agreed services and reported within 24 hours of the occurrence.
